We specialize in the making of jams and “mote con huesillos”, 100% handmade, using only natural produce with no additives.

We offer fruits and other local produce, jams of different flavours: guava, copao, onion and tomatoes. Dried fruits, canned “almendruzco” (second flower of the peach tree), season fruit juices, “mote con huesillos”, cafeteria, sandwiches. We also offer Handmade ice cream made with traditional flavours of the Elqui Valley like copao, “melón con vino”, copao sour, rice pudding, and 100% naturaltoastedflour.
